When Martha, Andy's witch wife caught him flirting with his secretary, Julie. She was furious, casting a spell that would swap both of their bodies for a month.
It was such a struggle for Andy to live as Julie, not only he was overwhelmed by all the work Julie has to do, but also adapting to the feminine life. On the contrary, it was quite easy for Julie to settle into Andy's life since she already knew all she had to as him at work, and being a man was much easier than being a woman. Plus, Martha treated her so nice, because she knew that Julie was the victim and tried to make up for her husband's mistake.
The only thing is, everybody seems to like the new Andy better. His coworkers now really enjoy the new and more friendly Andy. Even Martha felt more attached to Julie-in-Andy, with her husband body and a woman who understands her inside, their sexual live has improved.
Martha was just discussing with Julie on staying like this together, and Julie completely on board. Now what they have to figure is, how to tell Andy that he will be Julie forever.
