Victor begged his witch friend to use her magic to turn him into a girl, since he has been dreaming of trying to life as a girl. And luckily for him, his friend eagerly helped him, that way she could also practice her magic.
After a few spell later, the new Victoria is standing proud as a girl.
"Thank you so much for the change! I love it so much! But I have one more final request..." she said, walking to her friend's dresser picking up a brush
"please teach me how to do make up..."
