Young Again (Request - Jean)

Looking out from his bedroom windows was Jean, a 28 years old man who got bored of his everyday routine. Everyday he get up in the morning, doing a 9 to 5 job in his office cubicle, sometimes get some drink after work with his colleague and then get home to sleep, and do the same thing everyday. He was stuck in his daily routine. His glance was shifted from the dark sky to his neighbor's window. Inside, he could see a happy 13 years old girl, name Adley, who was playing in her home. He thought about how amazing it was being a kid, the world seems so much more amazing, with endless possibility of activity to do. But now he had to face the adulthood an everything sucks.

He was wishing that he could be back to his childhood and having all the fun as Adley had. What Jean didn't know was at the time he made that wish, a wishing star passed in the sky. Making what he wished coming true.

The next morning he woke up in a bright pink painted room. Scattered around the room all kind of girly stuffs, cute headbands laying around, some tshirts, and even some poster of boybands were hung on the wall. He was confused at the moment, and then his new girl mind kicks in. He was somehow believing he was always a she. Her name was still Jean, fadely she could remember the face of her old self but soon that memory of the old life was gone. Her reality was changing, she vaguely remember her old life as miserable office worker, but her new memory of her new friends her school classes, and also her crush, Damien, filled his mind overwriting the old life.
"Jean! Get ready for school! You don't want to be late!" a woman voice coming from outside her room. She immediately responded with, "Okay mom!"
Then Jean rushed to the bathroom get herself ready and dress for school. She was greeted by her mom in the kitchen, while her dad was on the dining table eating the pancakes her mom made.
"Morning sweeheart!" Her father greeted her. "Morning dad!" She replied excitedly. Jean sit herself and quickly eating her breakfast. A few moments later, she was ready to go to school. She came out of her home, carrying her pink backpack. As she leave for school she passed her neighbor's house, and she could see Mr. Adrian was getting ready to leave for work too, but she noticed that he wasn't feeling very excited as she is in this beautiful morning. If only Mr. Adrian know how happy is it to be a 13 years old girl.
